Tasty Pizza Disaster

Anthony and I were really missing pizza while living here in Uganda and after successfully making it once in the skillet, we decided to do it again. This time, though, I had some difficulty flipping the crust over so both sides would be cooked and it broke into a few pieces. Nevertheless, I managed to stick them together fairly well. But then it came time to get the pizza out of the skillet... It was starting to burn a little bit on the bottom, so I was trying to get it out with two spatulas and just as I picked it up off the skillet, the power went out! In the darkness, the pizza crashed onto the counter and half of it broke into a bunch of pieces. Although it was not very pretty, at least it tasted good.

The next day, we made a second pizza (the dough recipe makes enough for two pizzas and we don't have much of a freezer to store it in), which turned out much prettier, but without the excitement of the previous one.
